SteelEye Delivers New Dimension of Data Availability and Protection With New Version of LifeKeeper® Data Replication for Windows®
LifeKeeper Data Replication Version 3.9 increases business uptime with new features that simplify disk-to-disk replication and data synchronization, and reduce the burden on server and network resources over traditional file-based solutions
Mountain View, California - June 21, 2004 - SteelEye Technology® Inc., a leading provider of proven enterprise IT reliability solutions for business continuity, and a Microsoft Certified Partner, today announced the general availability of SteelEye LifeKeeper Data Replication for Windows version 3.9, a powerful technology for data replication and disk mirroring, verified for Windows 2003.

- Enhanced data replication methodology that greatly reduces synchronization times
- Advanced logging of block-level data changes to enable even faster asynchronous resynchronization of target environments.

- Enhanced mirror status monitoring and display
- Ability to dynamically add partitions and change partition characteristics without requiring a reboot
- Full localization support for Japanese language
