    Co-Chief Executive Officer

    Tommy also serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for SteelEye's parent company, SIOS Technology, Inc. Prior to SIOS, SteelEye's Gotsubo was the President and CEO of Konami Digital Entertainment of America in the US from 2001 until the end of 2005.

  • Garrett Gafke

    Co-Chief Executive Officer and President

    Garrett joined the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors in September 2007. Prior to joining SteelEye Garrett served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board for SeeControl Corporation an OnDemand asset tracking, management and access control enabling companies to optimize the edge of their operations. Before joining SteelEye Garrett was consulting for the venture capital community where he held interim roles of President, and CEO. Having raised over $100M in private capital, assisted in two successful IPO's, three Fortune 50 acquisitions, and lead the acquisition of SeeControl from Cardinal Health years later, Garrett has extensive experience building successful businesses both pre IPO and public. At Cardinal Health, Garrett led a division for the $88 billion Fortune 20 Company's Clinical Technologies and Services Group. Prior to Cardinal, Garrett has held vice president and senior executive roles with Hewlett Packard, VeriFone, CyberSource, Xuma, and Trintech. In additional to SteelEye, Garrett also serves on the Board of Directors for VUE Technologies and Nimbus

  • Bob Williamson

    Senior Vice President, Product Management and Product Marketing

    Bob joined SteelEye as vice president of engineering to lead its product research, development and delivery process. Bob comes to SteelEye with over 20 years of experience in software, technology, and high-availability related projects on both UNIX and Windows NT platforms, with a more recent emphasis on Linux. Recently, Bob has expanded his areas of responsibility to include Product Management and Product Marketing. Prior to joining SteelEye, Bob managed numerous projects during his 18 years tenure at NCR Corporation in the communications, performance, high availability, and e-Commerce areas. Bob holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.

  • Nella Bishop

    Vice President of Engineering

    Nella leads SteelEye's Product Development and Customer Support teams defining process, managing resources, and delivering solutions. She supports and is an active practitioner of Agile Software Development processes, specifically Scrum. With 13 years of experience prior to joining SteelEye, Nella has filled both engineering development roles as well as management roles focusing teams on the timely delivery of high quality software products in the telecommunications and high-tech sectors. Nella holds a BA in Mathematics from Columbia College and a MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.

  • Bonni-Jo B. Salazar

    Vice President, Strategic Alliances

    Bonni-Jo joined SteelEye at the early stages of the company's inception with a focus on business development and strategic partnerships. She is now responsible for driving SteelEye's strategic relationships with companies such as IBM and Microsoft. Prior to joining SteelEye, Bonni-Jo held positions in sales and marketing for a number of companies in the high-tech and publishing industries. Bonni-Jo earned a B.A. from Simmons College in Boston, MA.

  • Greg Ewald

    Director of Marketing

    Greg has more than 20 years of international sales, channel/product marketing and business development experience in the domains of systems, enterprise application and security software. Most recently he directed marketing activities at Sana Security a developer of behavior-based anti-malware software. Prior to that Greg was Director of Product Marketing at Phoenix Technologies with line of business responsibilities for Phoenix Embedded firmware. Greg has held Business Development and OEM sales positions at Openwave, Intraware, Novell and Digital Research managing and maintaining account relationships with a broad range of technology companies including IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Oracle, Dell, Tandem, Siemens-Nixdorf, NeXt, Apple and Tandy. Additionally, he has worked closely with major distributors including Tech Data, Ingram and Synnex to establish and drive channel revenue with innovative marketing programs.

  • Tom Paone

    Director of Channel Sales

    Tom comes to SteelEye with more than 10 years of technology and channel sales experience. He is responsible for driving all sales and company initiatives through value-added resellers and channel experts in the Americas region focused on delivering solutions that address business continuity in the SMB, SME and Enterprise markets. Prior to joining SteelEye, Tom held senior sales positions with Symantec, VERITAS Software and Seagate Software. Tom works closely with partners to develop mutually rewarding collaborative sales programs and strategies designed for delivering solutions through two-tier channel models.

  • Jeff Roulston

    Director, OEM/ISV Partnerships

    Jeff is responsible for driving SteelEye's sales activities across all market segments in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Jeff's responsibilities include SteelEye's direct sales and working with value-added resellers/OEM partners.

    A sales executive and consultant for more than 13 years, Jeff has broad experience in software sales, with leadership roles in direct sales, telesales, and multi-channel distribution. Prior to joining SteelEye, Jeff also held various sales and management consulting positions at companies such as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and IBM.

    Jeff earned a both a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Carolina.

  • John Banfield

    Director Sales, EMEA

    John brings with him more than 16 years of European sales and marketing experience from his tenure with Smallworldwide Plc., a successful UK start-up software company that John helped take public on NASDAQ in 1996 and which was later acquired by GE, and thereafter with Primus Knowledge Solutions and Zeus Technology. John's past experience also includes building a direct sales presence in the US and indirectly through channels into Japan.
