During the normal course of doing business, SteelEye Technology, Inc. ("SteelEye" or "We") may gather data on its customers, web site visitors and sales prospects. This data is used only for the purposes of ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of services and products to those individuals and for making those individuals aware of SteelEye news, products and events which their profile indicates will be of interest and importance.
Persons who receive email from SteelEye may request at any time to be removed from our contact database by sending an email to unsubscribe@steeleye.com. All such requests are honored within 5 business days.
All Information within SteelEye's network is secured through software as well as hardware. Our data center has four levels of security to prevent theft of any data information. Information transmitted over www.steeleye.com is secured through the use of Secure Socket Layer protocol.
SteelEye does not sell any data. We may share data with our resellers for the purpose of their delivering localized and targeted content.

Please note that any information you post to a public bulletin board, blog or chat room, including the SteelEye Ideas Forum (the "Open Forums"), is available to all persons accessing that location, and your e-mail address and other personal information or content you upload may also be posted on the Open Forums. By submitting ideas, suggestions, comments, posts or proposals ("Feedback") and Your Content to SteelEye through its suggestion, feedback, or similar web pages, including the Open Forums, you acknowledge and agree that (i) neither the Feedback nor Your Content contains your or third party confidential or proprietary information; (ii) SteelEye is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Feedback or Your Content; (iii) SteelEye, in its discretion, shall be entitled to use and disclose such Feedback and Your Content for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (iv) SteelEye may have something similar to the Feedback or Your Content already under consideration or in development; (v) the Feedback automatically becomes SteelEye's property without any obligation to you; and (vi) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from SteelEye for the Feedback or Your Content under any circumstances.
You agree that SteelEye may derive revenue and/or other remuneration from Your Content or the Feedback that you make available via our website, including the Open Forums, without payment to you.
